SrI bhagavAn uvAcha – SrI bhagavAn said
mama idham yath rUpam – this form of mine which
dhrushtvAn asi – you have seen
(thath) sudhurdharSam – very difficult to see for anyone
asya rUpasya – this form
dhEvA api – even dhEvas (celestial beings)
nithyam – always
dharSana kAnkshiNa: – are desiring to see
Simple Translation
SrI bhagavAn said – This form of mine which you have seen is very difficult to see for anyone. Even dhEvas (celestial beings) are always desiring to see this form.

Śrī Kṛishṇa answered:
‘That, My Form, that you have seen, is most hard to see. Even Devas do ever long to see this Form.’
That Form of Mine, displaying Me as the Universal Director, as the Universal Asylum, as the Cause of all etc., — which you have seen,— is most inaccessible for any one to see.
