Simple Translation
Know as mine, that radiance present in the sun which illuminates all the worlds, that radiance of the moon (which illuminates the worlds) and that radiance of the fire (which illuminates the worlds).

‘Know that light in the sun which lights up all the Kosmos, that in the moon, and that in fire, as Mine.’
All the lights that are of the Sun etc., which illumine the worlds, is Mine i.e., it is light granted them by Me in answer to the worship which they severally paid to Me.
