yatroparamate cittaṁ
niruddhaṁ yoga-sevayā
yatra caivātmanātmānaṁ
paśyann ātmani tuṣyati

‘That, (yoga), wherein by practice, the restrained mind revels, that wherein the mind perceiving ātma, rests content in ātma;’
